Prepaire Labs is a rapidly growing precision health and biotechnology company headquartered in the UAE, currently expanding our advanced laboratory and therapeutics infrastructure internationally.

One of our core focuses is the intersection of peptide science, AI-driven precision medicine, Digital Twin technology, and personalized therapeutics.

At the moment, we are selectively looking for a highly senior expert to help lead and scale our peptide/API direction.

The profile we are searching for is someone at the level of:

— or senior peptide manufacturing/process leadership.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with:

— 15+ years of peptide API / CDMO / pharma experience,

— hands-on experience taking synthetic peptides from development to GMP scale,

— deep understanding of SPPS/CPPS,

— purification and impurity control,

— analytical release,

— process validation,

— peptide manufacturing scale-up,

— and real translational/industrial expertise beyond purely academic research.

We are especially interested in people who have actually built and scaled peptide production systems in practice, not only from the theoretical or research side.

The broader vision of the company is extremely large-scale and long-term.

We are building an integrated ecosystem combining:

— advanced laboratory infrastructure,

— multi-omics diagnostics,

— AI-driven health interpretation,

— Digital Twin technology,

— and highly personalized therapeutics, including individualized peptide-based approaches.
