Position Summary
- The People Lead supports the Store Manager and leadership team by leading human resources functions that promote compliance, engagement, and operational excellence.

- Assists leadership with associate recruitment, hiring, staffing, development, succession planning, scheduling, attendance, and performance needs by identifying and analyzing HR related issues; and providing guidance on the execution of company HR programs and initiatives.
- Develops, communicates, and implements HR practices and action plans to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, co workers, customers, and other business partners; analyzing and applying data from multiple resources to ensure accuracy; monitoring strategy progress and results; and identi

- The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $20.85 per hour.
