EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education and Certifications Required
• High School diploma required or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• AC313A – Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic Authorizes full work scope on all HVAC-R installations and repairs. Certified to handle refrigerants and pressurized systems under Canadian regulations.
• Authorizes full work scope on all HVAC-R installations and repairs.
• Certified to handle refrigerants and pressurized systems under Canadian regulations.
• Gas Technician 1 (G1) Permits unsupervised work on all gas-fired equipment, including large commercial/industrial systems. Ability to supervise G2/G3 licensed personnel.
• Permits unsupervised work on all gas-fired equipment, including large commercial/industrial systems.
• Ability to supervise G2/G3 licensed personnel.
• Key Skills and Attributes
• Proven technical competence and mechanical aptitude.
• Strong understanding of Technical Standards and Safety Authority – TSSA and Canadian Standards Association B149.
• Exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service approach.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic and field-based environment.
• Min experiences level of 5 years
