Position Summary
Support and process customer transactions while providing exceptional customer service.
Help create a positive shopping experience and drive customer loyalty.
What You Will Do
- Greet customers in a polite and friendly manner.
- Process purchase transactions efficiently and deactivate merchandise under the EAS Program.
- Promote credit card, product protection, and charity initiatives.
- Assist customers with bagging and loading merchandise.
- Follow safe work practices, including proper lifting and maintaining a clean work area.
- Maintain register security and integrity through cash handling, policy adherence, and situational awareness.
- Refer appropriate service and transaction matters to a Customer Service Manager or Front End Team Lead.
- Educate and support customers on correct and efficient self-checkout use.
Pay
- The minimum rate of pay starts at $17.75 per hour.
