- Greet customers in a polite and friendly manner
- Assist customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise, and making purchase decisions
- Resolve customer issues and refer concerns to management where appropriate
- Maintain salesfloor presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged goods, setting up displays, signing and pricing
- Ensure proper handling of claims and returns, secure merchandise, identify high shrink items, maintain safe work environment
- Receive and stock merchandise, utilize equipment, administer paperwork and logs
- Refer service and transactional items to Customer Service Manager as required
- Stock merchandise/picks, downstock if applicable, apply product protection, set and complete modulars

Position Summary
- Working as a Consumables Associate at Walmart Canada is a great way to develop skills in retail.

What You'll Do
- Greet all customers in a polite and friendly manner.
- Assist customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise, making purchase decisions.

- Maintain salesfloor presentation: stock and rotate merchandise, remove damaged goods, set up displays, sign and price.
- Ensure proper handling of claims and returns, secure merchandise, identify high shrink items, maintain safe work environment.

- Refer service and transactional items to Customer Service Manager.

Minimum Qualifications
- Age – 16 or older.
Pay Rate
- Minimum rate of pay: CAD 18.75 per hour.
