Global Servicing (GS) is responsible for the company’s customer service, credit, and fraud operations serving consumers, commercial clients, and merchants around the world, as well as global consumer travel and lifestyle servicing.

The Summer Internship Program sits in the Business Strategy team of Global Servicing, the heart of American Express’s global operations and part of the company's largest division.
Successful interns can receive an offer to return to a 2-year Rotation Program, a career acceleration platform that combines business-critical project work, tailored learning experiences, and direct exposure to senior leaders.
Whether through broad cross-functional rotations or a more specialized track aligned to specific skills the program acts as a launch pad for a successful long-term career at American Express.
