Position Overview
Join Vancouver College of Massage Therapy as Campus Administration Manager at the Surrey campus.
Execute day-to-day college operations and support students, instructors, and administrative staff.
Represent the college professionally while managing details, solving problems, and taking initiative.
Student and Clinic Support
- Serve as the primary administrative contact for students on college-related matters.
- Manage the 11-room on-site student massage clinic, including hiring and managing reception staff.
- Support Student for a Day visits, Weekend Workshop registration, payments, and student onboarding administration.
Facilities and Events
- Oversee facilities maintenance and ensure the campus is operating effectively.
- Manage campus inventory and supplies.
- Plan and organize engaging events for staff and students.
- Lead term rollover tasks and organize classrooms and clinic areas.
