The Role

  • We are seeking an experienced Campaign Manager to plan, execute, and optimize multi channel marketing campaigns.
  • The ideal candidate will manage campaign strategies, coordinate cross functional teams, monitor performance, and deliver data driven marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaign strategies aligned with organizational objectives and growth targets.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute multi channel campaigns across digital, email, social media, web, paid advertising, events, and other marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, product, sales, CRM, communications, analytics, and customer experience teams.
  • Develop campaign briefs, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Monitor campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, lead generation, customer acquisition, and ROI.
  • Analyze campaign data, customer insights, market trends, and competitor activities to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Manage campaign budgets, vendor relationships, media partners, and marketing agencies.
  • Oversee marketing automation workflows, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency, messaging quality, and compliance with marketing standards.
  • Prepare campaign reports, performance dashboards, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Project Management, Google Ads, Meta, Marketing Automation, or equivalent are advantageous.
  • 5+ years of experience in campaign management, marketing, digital marketing, demand generation, or brand management roles.
  • 2+ years of experience managing integrated marketing campaigns, cross functional projects, or marketing operations preferred.
  • Strong understanding of campaign planning, digital marketing, customer segmentation, marketing analytics, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, project management software, and CMS.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
