Sports Direct is growing rapidly across Australia, and we’re looking for a Campaign Lead to help bring the brand to life across our expanding store network.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of the Australian campaign calendar, turning commercial strategy into high-impact campaigns that connect with customers and drive results.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Own campaigns end-to-end, from briefing and creative through to launch and post-campaign analysis
• Own the Australian marketing calendar, timelines, budgets and campaign deliverables
• Partner with Merchandising, Retail, VM, Creative, E-commerce and Operations to ensure campaigns are trade ready
• Build strong relationships with major global brand partners including Nike, adidas and more, managing campaign deliverables and timelines
• Manage agencies, production partners and suppliers to deliver quality campaigns on time and within budget
• Analyse campaign performance and commercial results, using insights to optimise activity and improve future campaigns
• Support major launches, activations and key trading moments across the store network

What we’re looking for

• You’ll have 3+ years’ experience in retail marketing, campaign management, agency account management or a similar commercial environment
