Role description
As a campaign analyst, you will work closely with the US Applications team. Your role would involve taking ownership of data scrubbing in excel.
The role would also involve monitoring and analyzing the calls to effectively communicate issues and concerns to the Applications team.
Responsibilities
- Data processing in Excel
- Manually approving calls on an internal tool
- Monitoring the call dashboard and taking appropriate actions
- Escalating any technical issues to the relevant stakeholders and raising red flags if any
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with an eye for details.
- Strong Excel skills
Shift Details
Timings - 6pm to 4 am IST (US Shift)
