- Coordinate daily operations, optimizing workflow and resource allocation to meet clients deadlines.
- Ability to Supervise a diverse team of workers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team skills and promote a culture of safety and a friendly environment.
- Monitor performance metrics, implementing process to improve the productivity of employees.
- Ability to resolved conflicts and addressed employee concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
- communicate with operations manager to develop strategic plans for labor utilization, mobilization and demobilization plan according to projected executions.
- Maintain accurate records of labor attendance, and work hours, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Ability to do multitasking
Skills Qualification And Experience
- Good communications skill in Hindi , Urdu and English , Arabic is plus .
- Qualification : Higher secondary
- Experience : 2 Years .
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
