About the Role
Oversee day-to-day operations of labor accommodation camps, manage workforce accommodation allocation, ensure camp facilities are clean and safe, and coordinate transportation and workforce movement.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the day to day operations of labor accommodation camps
- Manage workforce accommodation allocation, occupancy records, and room assignments
- Ensure camp facilities are clean, safe, and well maintained at all times
- Coordinate employee welfare activities and address accommodation related concerns
- Monitor camp discipline and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
- Coordinate transportation and workforce movement between camp and project sites
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to camp operations
- Liaise with HR, Administration, Site Management, and external service providers
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are met
- Handle emergency situations and resolve operational issues effectively
Requirements
- Experience in camp management or similar role
- Knowledge of UAE regulations regarding labor accommodation
- Ability to manage workforce accommodation allocation and occupancy records
- Strong organizational and communication skills
