Overview
- Manage day-to-day camp operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across the camp
- Handle accommodation allocation and maintain occupancy records
- Monitor food quality and coordinate with catering services
- Address resident complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain inventory and oversee procurement of camp supplies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations
- Prepare and submit regular operational reports
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in camp management or facility management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage a diverse workforce
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Knowledge of health and safety standards
