Camp Operations
- Manage full camp operations including accommodation, catering, housekeeping, transport, clinic, and security
- Ensure smooth daily operations and proper coordination across all services
- Maintain accurate camp occupancy and allocation records
- Compliance and Licensing
- Ensure all camp licenses, permits, and approvals are valid and up to date
- Prepare and manage inspections from authorities and clients (including ADNOC)
- Ensure full compliance with UAE regulations and company policies
Hse Management
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and requirements
- Monitor safety conditions and implement risk control measures
- Lead emergency response and incident management
- Hygiene and Welfare
- Maintain high standards of hygiene across all camp facilities
- Ensure food safety and proper catering operations
- Handle employee welfare and camp-related concerns
- Facilities and Maintenance
- Oversee maintenance of camp infrastructure, utilities, and equipment
- Ensure preventive maintenance programs are implemented
- Monitor utilities usage and control operational costs
Vendor And Contractor Management
- Manage contractors for catering, cleaning, maintenance, and security
- Ensure service delivery as per agreed standards and contracts
- Monitor performance and resolve service issues
- Reporting and Coordination
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly camp reports
- Coordinate with Administration, HR, HSE, and Project teams
- Escalate critical issues to Head Office when required
