Responsibilities
- Manage day to day operations of staff accommodation (rooms, kitchen, dining, laundry, and common areas)
- Ensure compliance with UAE Municipality / Labour Camp standards
- Allocate rooms and maintain updated occupancy records
- Conduct routine inspections of rooms, toilets, kitchen, and surroundings
- Handle complaints and welfare issues of staff promptly
- Coordinate with HR for accommodation planning and staff movements
- Ensure proper waste disposal, pest control, and sanitation
- Maintain stock and control inventory of camp supplies
- Ensure firefighting equipment and emergency systems are functional
- Enforce camp rules, discipline, and safety procedures
- Prepare daily/weekly reports for management
Requirements
- Experienced as a Camp Boss or in accommodation management
- Ability to manage multicultural workers with good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Knowledge of camp safety, hygiene, and daily operations
- Basic computer skills with MS Office with proficiency in Excel & email reporting

Job Summary
