Responsibilities
- Oversee the day to day operations of catering, housekeeping, laundry, and general camp services
- Ensure smooth coordination between all service departments
- Maintain high standards of service delivery across all functions
- Supervise meal planning, preparation, and service for all meals
- Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation meet required standards
- Monitor adherence to approved menus and client requirements
- Oversee cleaning and maintenance of accommodation, kitchens, dining areas, offices, and common facilities
- Manage linen supply, bed making, and periodic deep cleaning schedules
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Catering, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in catering operations, preferably in camp or remote site environments
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Knowledge of multicultural workforce management
