Key Responsibilities
- Manage end to end operations of multiple labour accommodation camps, ensuring smooth daily functioning and compliance with company standards.
- Supervise Camp Bosses, supervisors, and support staff, ensuring discipline, performance, and service quality across all camp locations.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of camp facilities including accommodation blocks, kitchens, offices, and common areas.
- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of MEP systems such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and water systems.
- Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards within the camps; conduct safety inspections, drills, and emergency response planning.
- Manage catering and hospitality services including food quality, hygiene standards, menu planning, inventory control, and cafeteria operations.
- Coordinate logistics related to room allocation, manpower arrivals and departures, housekeeping, laundry, and transportation arrangements.
- Monitor camp inventory, control consumables, and prepare cost, consumption, and operational reports.
- Handle administrative duties including record maintenance, staff attendance, vendor coordination, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure the welfare, well being, and living standards of camp residents; address grievances and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour accommodation regulations and relevant local authority requirements.
