Role Overview
Accolite is seeking an experienced Calypso Back Office and Accounting Specialist for capital markets technology.
The role focuses on Calypso configuration, development, settlement, reconciliation, accounting, and technical delivery.
The position collaborates with Back Office Operations, Finance, Risk, and Technology teams.
Calypso Back Office Configuration and Development
- Configure and maintain settlement instructions, confirmation management, nostro reconciliation, and Calypso workflows.
- Configure DvP, FoP, and cash settlement processes across fixed income, FX, derivatives, equities, and repo.
- Maintain SWIFT message configurations for MT103, MT202, MT515, and MT540-543.
- Manage counterparty, account, product, and settlement instruction static data.
- Build batch workflows with scheduling, dependency management, and failure handling.
- Support Calypso upgrades and develop Java customisations for bespoke requirements.
Calypso Accounting
- Configure GL mappings, accounting events, and posting logic for trade, settlement, accrual, amortisation, and corporate action events.
- Configure realised and unrealised P&L, accrual accounting, and amortisation schedules.
