- Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
- Build positive relationships with clients through professional communication
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth follow ups
- Meet daily and monthly calling targets
- Prepare daily call reports and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Female candidates only
- More than 3 years of proven experience as a Calling Coordinator, Telecaller, Customer Service Executive, Call Center Executive, or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Must be currently available in the UAE or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi

Job Summary

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
- Must be currently available in the UAE or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
