Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls as required.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when needed.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Follow call center scripts, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Achieve individual and team performance targets (KPIs).
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and professional communication always.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Perfect command of English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations calmly.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

Working Conditions

  • Shift based work (may include weekends or holidays).
  • Office based or remote work as applicable.
