About the Role
Nice doctor clinic is hiring a Call Center Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure quality assurance, and manage appointment scheduling. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of call center management experience in an aesthetic clinic or medical center in the UAE, and is fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the call center team, allocate tasks, and monitor daily performance
- Monitor calls and messages to ensure compliance with the clinic’s professional and luxury brand identity
- Accurately manage and organize doctors' and specialists' schedules using the clinic’s CRM system
- Train staff on new aesthetic services, promotional offers, and advanced customer service techniques
- Handle patient complaints and special cases with diplomacy, tact, and flexibility
- Prepare periodic performance reports, tracking call metrics and booking conversion rates
Requirements
- 3 5 years in call center management, with at least 2 years in an aesthetic clinic or medical center within the UAE
- Native/Fluent Arabic and English (both spoken and written)
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a strong sales and marketing mindset
- Proficiency in medical CRM systems and MS Office
- Must be currently residing in the UAE
