Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Supervision: Oversee the call center team, allocate tasks, and monitor daily performance.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor calls and messages to ensure compliance with the clinic’s professional and luxury brand identity.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Accurately manage and organize doctors' and specialists' schedules using the clinic’s CRM system.
  • Team Training: Train staff on new aesthetic services, promotional offers, and advanced customer service techniques.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle patient complaints and special cases with diplomacy, tact, and flexibility.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare periodic performance reports, tracking call metrics and booking conversion rates.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3 5 years in call center management, with at least 2 years of experience in an aesthetic clinic or medical center within the UAE.
  • Languages: Native/Fluent Arabic and English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Skills: Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a strong sales and marketing mindset.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in medical CRM systems (Clinic management software) and MS Office.
  • Location: Must be currently residing in the UAE.

Salary

  • AED 5,000.00 per month
