Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
- Fluent in Arabic with good command of English
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in call centers, hospitality, or residential services is a plus
