Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to client inquiries, and provide accurate information about Imdad Care’s home healthcare services
- Guide potential clients through service options
- Document interactions in the system
- Follow up to ensure client satisfaction and conversion of leads into confirmed services
- Coordinate with care teams, update records, and support sales campaigns or promotional activities
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely responses
- Contribute to achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets
Requirements
- Strong customer facing skills, including Customer Support and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening
- Experience working in Contact Centers or call center operations
- Solid Computer Literacy, including proficiency with CRM systems, call center software, email, and standard office applications
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, or customer acquisition, ideally within healthcare or service oriented industries
- Ability to work on site in Riyadh
- High school diploma required; a diploma or degree in business, healthcare, or a related field is an advantage
- Strong problem solving skills, resilience under pressure

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Call Center & Sales Specialist role based in Riyadh.
- The specialist will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to client inquiries, and provide accurate information about Imdad Care’s home healthcare services.
Daily Responsibilities
- Guiding potential clients through service options
- Documenting interactions in the system
- Following up to ensure client satisfaction and conversion of leads into confirmed services

- Ability to work on site in Riyadh, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
