About the Role
Dreams Boats Marine Tours Operation L.L.C. is seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join its Dubai team.
The role handles customer inquiries, manages bookings, follows up with leads, and coordinates with Operations and Sales to support an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about services, packages, prices, and promotions.
- Manage bookings, confirmations, rescheduling, and customer requests.
- Follow up with leads and support conversion of inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and other departments regarding customer requirements.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer and booking records.
Requirements
- Native-level Arabic proficiency is required.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Previous experience in call center, customer service, reservations, sales, hospitality, or tourism is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good follow-up, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
