Core Responsibilities
- Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats in a timely manner.
- Listen to customer issues, research details, and offer helpful solutions or alternatives.
- Enter accurate customer data and conversation notes into a CRM database.
- Remain calm and polite when handling frustrated or angry callers.
- Meet individual and team goals for call times, customer satisfaction, and task completion.

- The role is performed in person.
