The company is hiring a Call Center Representative / Admin Assistant for customer communication, follow-ups, and appointment confirmation.

The role supports vehicle inspections, purchases, sales coordination, and customer engagement.

Call customers to confirm, reschedule, and manage appointments for vehicle inspections and purchases.
Follow up with leads from Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other online platforms.
Update and manage customer information in the CRM system.
Coordinate with inspection and purchasing teams.
Maintain professionalism in customer interactions.
Track daily calls, appointments, and performance metrics.
Support sales and scheduling administration.

At least 2 years of experience in a call center, telemarketing, or customer service role is required.
Automotive or sales experience is a strong advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Strong follow-up, persuasion, and appointment-closing abilities are required.
The candidate must handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
Strong organization and CRM data-entry skills are required.
The candidate should be punctual, disciplined, target-oriented, proactive, positive, and able to work in a team.
