• As part of our dynamic team at odoctor.ae, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth experience for both patients and our partner hospitals.
• What you’ll do:
• Call patients to confirm appointments, gather feedback, and ensure a positive experience
• Visit partner clinics regularly to collect authentic patient reviews on-site if required
• Enter and manage patient and clinic data using our internal system
• Support daily operations with accurate reporting and Excel-based tracking
• Manage relationships with partner clinics during the invoicing process and support reconciliation when needed
• Prepare regular reports related to patient referrals, visits, and operational performance
• Follow up daily operations through hospital communication channels such as email, WhatsApp, and phone
• What we’re looking for:
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Urdu, and English (mandatory)
• Confident and friendly when speaking with patients
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize daily tasks efficiently
• Good command of Excel and other data tools
• Previous experience in call center, healthcare, or customer service is a plus
