Job Overview

  • We are looking for a motivated and customer focused UAE National (Emirati) to join our healthcare team as a Call Center Executive.
  • Location: Al Falah, Abu Dhabi
  • Work Location: In person

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
  • Respond to patient inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Coordinate with doctors and clinic departments
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate records
  • Follow up with patients regarding appointments and services
  • Ensure high standards of customer service

Requirements

  • UAE National (Emirati) with Family Book
  • High school diploma or Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Customer service or call center experience is an advantage
  • Healthcare experience is preferred but not mandatory
