Call Center Executive

Alwan World Dubai is looking for a professional and customer-focused Call Center Advisor to handle customer inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve issues efficiently.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Answer inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.

Provide accurate information about company products and services.

Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.

Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.

Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.

Achieve call quality and customer service targets.

Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Support sales and promotional campaigns when required.

High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.

Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic/Hindi is a plus.

Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.

Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.

Flexible to work shifts if required.
