Requirements
- Fluent in English, Hindi & Malayalam
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Ability to work independently from home
- Target driven and self motivated
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Previous experience in call center, telesales, customer service, or healthcare marketing
- Experience dealing with insurance covered healthcare services
- Knowledge of Qatar's healthcare sector
