About the Role
Renofix Maintenance and Facilities Management seeks a CAFM Operator Agent in Abu Dhabi to handle work orders, asset data entry, and client communication. The role requires experience with CAFM/CMMS systems and immediate availability.

Responsibilities
- Make invoices and quotations for clients
- Arrange work schedules for technicians and follow up
- Receive inquiries, complaints, and requests from clients
- Create accurate input for assets into CAFM/CMMS for data records and reports
- Ensure asset data is correctly entered, stored, and maintained
- Input asset data and planned maintenance into database program
- Provide Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) work orders
- Raise Reactive Maintenance (RM) work orders for technical staff
- Interrogate data records for accuracy
- Auto generate reporting data on PPM and RM
- Generate periodic reports for client reporting
- Communicate with customers and employees via Help Desk
Requirements
- Experience as CAFM operator
- Proficiency in Excel
- Ability to join immediately
- Experience in maintenance and facilities management preferred
