Responsibilities
- Receive and manage customer inquiries across telephone, website, live chat, WhatsApp, and email
- Log all customer inquiries and prospects into the ICABS system
- Allocate prospects to the assigned Sales Consultant in each branch
- Notify the assigned consultant immediately via email and WhatsApp
- Follow up on all inquiries within 24 hours to confirm status
- Escalate any delays or missed actions to the Branch Manager and Area Sales Manager
- Maintain accurate records and ensure excellent customer service

Role Overview
- Rentokil Boecker Saudi Arabia is looking for enthusiastic and customer focused Part Time Call Center Agents.
- This position is for Saudi Nationals Only.
- Working hours: 4 hours per day, 6 days per week (split shifts).
- Work model: Hybrid (office and remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and manage customer inquiries across all communication channels.
- Log all customer inquiries and prospects into the ICABS system.
- Allocate prospects to the assigned Sales Consultant in each branch.
- Notify the assigned consultant immediately via email and WhatsApp.
- Follow up on all inquiries within 24 hours to confirm whether the customer has been visited, surveyed, quoted, or converted into a sale.
- Escalate any delays or missed actions to the Branch Manager and Area Sales Manager.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
