Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads
- Answer incoming calls and respond to property related inquiries
- Provide information about available properties, pricing, and project details
- Qualify leads and update customer information in the Lead Sheet
- Schedule property viewings and appointments for sales and leasing agents
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up activities
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
- Support marketing campaigns by contacting potential buyers and investors
Requirements
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or real estate is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
