Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow ups, feedback, and re engaging customers
- Handle inbound calls and WhatsApp/messages: answer questions, explain services, and guide customers
- Help customers book appointments and ensure a smooth experience
- Keep records and notes updated for team coordination
- Assist with Instagram and social media posting, replying to DMs, and engaging with followers
- Support simple content creation (stories, captions, basic visuals)
- Share ideas to improve clinic visibility online
Requirements
- Experience in customer service (marketing is a bonus)
- Knowledge of Botox or aesthetic treatments is a plus
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
- Comfortable with social media, especially Instagram
- Organized, reliable, and team oriented

What You’ll Do (Mainly Customer Support)

- Help customers book appointments and feel comfortable every step of the way.
- Keep records and notes updated so the whole team stays in sync.

Plus a Fun Marketing Side
- Help with Instagram & social media – posting, replying to DMs, engaging with followers.
- Support simple content creation (stories, captions, basic visuals, fun ideas).
- Share ideas on how we can make our clinic more visible and approachable online.
What You Bring
- Experience in customer service (and/or marketing is a bonus).
- A plus: You know what is Botox or any Aesthetic Treatment.
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.
- Comfortable with social media, especially Instagram.
- Organized, reliable, and happy to work in a team oriented, fair, and supportive environment.
Compensation
- Minimum 3000 AED plus commission.
- Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month.
