Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Call Center Agent who enjoys working with phone calls and sales.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and Arabic.
- Present and sell services/products over the phone.
- Meet daily and monthly call and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Previous call center or sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Consistency and reliability under pressure.
- Full-time availability.
- Additional languages are a plus.
