Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and process all customer inquiries and service requests
- Answer emails and provide proper information of the approved products and services
- Create work orders across all projects and ensure proper assignation
- Ensure all calls shall be assisted and dial out to assist any lost call
- Process all security reports by initiating work orders for each service requests
- Offer maintenance contracts whenever applicable
