- Ability to handle multiple calls and work in a fast paced environment
- Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Positive attitude and strong problem solving skills

Job Description
- La Verde Property Management is looking for a motivated and customer focused Call Center Executive to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients with property inquiries, scheduling viewings, and providing excellent customer service.
- You will act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring all inquiries related to property rentals, sales, maintenance, and services are handled professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from clients and property owners.
- Provide accurate information about available properties, services, and company offerings.
- Schedule property viewings and follow up with potential clients.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales, leasing, and property management teams.
