Company Description

Role Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to inquiries about property listings and services, and provide accurate information to prospective and existing clients.
  • Support clients with sales and leasing queries, schedule property viewings, coordinate with internal teams, and document all interactions in the system.
  • Follow up with leads, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and adhere to company processes for call handling and data entry.
  • Assist in resolving basic service issues, escalate complex matters when needed, and contribute to a professional and responsive client experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer facing roles such as Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support, with a focus on real estate or service oriented industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction through clear communication, timely follow up, and problem solving.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to interact professionally with diverse clients and colleagues.
  • Solid Computer Literacy, including proficiency in call center systems, CRM tools, email, and basic office software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi, manage high call volumes, and prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a call center or real estate setting is preferred but not mandatory.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business, communications, or related fields is beneficial.
