AZA Vehicles Recovery LLC is seeking a customer-oriented Call Center Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer issues, and provide customer service.
The role requires communication skills, patience, and calm and efficient handling of high-stress situations.
Call Center Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from tenants in a timely and friendly manner.
- Evaluate tenant problems and complaints and enter them into the CRM system.
- Assign complaints and work to technicians through work orders.
- Route calls to other team members when needed.
- Record relevant notes from customer interactions.
- Follow up on customer calls.
Coordination and Records
- Arrange vehicles and materials when needed.
- Complete call logs and reports.
- Maintain attendance sheets.
- Raise material requisitions.
- Manage and update customer databases.
- Track recovery cars.
Candidate Profile
- The candidate should be dynamic, customer-oriented, patient, and able to handle high-stress situations calmly and efficiently.
- English, Hindi, and Arabic are listed as job-related languages.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay is AED 3,000–AED 4,000 per month, with incentives also mentioned.
- The company provides a visa, and candidates with their own visa receive priority.
- Benefits include company-provided visa support.
Employment and Workplace
- The position is full-time and permanent.
- Work is performed in person at the company office in Business Bay, Dubai.
