Responsibilities
- Responsible for processing guest transactions, accurately managing financial transactions including handling cash, and answering guests questions in a courteous and professional manner.
- Responsible for accurately counting and recording assigned funds and making exchanges of funds throughout the shift.
- Assuring that you are delivering guests with extraordinary experience
- Keeping cash drawer balanced and impressed.
- Verifying and documenting personal identification information for check and cash advance transactions.
- Completing CTRs, W2Gs, and MTLs.
- Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Proficient in English verbal and written
- Proficient with iOS devices
- Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Read, write, and understand complex instructions and appropriately complete all necessary documentation.
- Communicate appropriately with all casino customers, casino departments, and fellow team members.
- Accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume, demanding environment under frequent time pressures
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively
- Must be proficient working with computers and Microsoft office
- Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period
