- Oversee the comprehensive planning, execution, and closure of preventive maintenance (PM) work orders within the CAFM system.
- Develop and refine PM schedules and task lists based on equipment criticality, manufacturer recommendations, and historical data.
- Manage and maintain the CAFM database for all assets, including detailed specifications, maintenance history, and warranty information.
- Generate detailed reports on PM performance, asset condition, maintenance costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the comprehensive planning, execution, and closure of preventive maintenance (PM) work orders within the CAFM system, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Develop and refine PM schedules and task lists based on equipment criticality, manufacturer recommendations, and historical data to optimize asset lifespan and minimize downtime.
- Manage and maintain the CAFM database for all assets, including detailed specifications, maintenance history, and warranty information, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
