About the Role
Al Mab Facility Management Service is hiring a CAFM Coordinator to manage CAFM systems, coordinate with teams, and support implementation. The role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and flexibility for 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities
- Implement procedures and improvements approved by Line Managers.
- Conduct toolbox talks for CAFM operators as recommended by QHSE and Line Managers.
- Coordinate with various parties for CAFM implementation when new contracts are awarded.
- Act as the CAFM Administrator and update Change Requests (CRs) in the system.
- Prepare reports and requests as required by the Line Manager.
- Conduct training sessions for CAFM users on relevant modules.
- Create COBie files for Archibus and ensure compliance with Asset Coding Methodology.
- Prepare PPM Forecast Reports and coordinate with Operations when required.
- Attend weekly or bi weekly meetings with QFZA SSC as requested.
- Support CAFM users during implementation and resolve system related queries.
- Manage, monitor, and control tablet inventory and usage across facilities.
