Responsibilities
- Supervise daily coffee shop operations and ensure service quality.
- Manage the work team (barista, cashier, service staff) and distribute tasks.
- Prepare work and vacation schedules and ensure sufficient staffing.
- Train new employees and evaluate their performance.
- Follow up on inventory and order raw materials to avoid shortages.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene standards, food safety, and facility policies.
- Handle customer complaints and solve problems professionally.
- Monitor sales and expenses, prepare daily or weekly reports.
- Monitor costs, minimize waste, and improve profitability.
- Ensure safety and maintenance of coffee equipment and coordinate maintenance.
- Implement marketing offers and follow up on sales targets.
