We are looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to oversee and manage two cafe branches.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in coffee shops, daily cafe operations, team management, customer service, and overall business performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of both cafe branches **Supervise and lead staff teams** Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction **Monitor coffee quality, food presentation, and service standards** Handle staff scheduling and attendance **Manage inventory, suppliers, and stock orders** Train and support baristas and cafe staff **Maintain cleanliness and operational standards** Solve operational issues and handle customer concerns professionally **Monitor sales performance and help improve business growth** Ensure smooth communication between both branches
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Cafe Manager or Coffee Shop Manager **Strong knowledge of coffee shop operations** Leadership and team management skills **Good communication and problem-solving abilities** Ability to manage multiple branches efficiently **Passion for hospitality and coffee culture**
- Full-time position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
