Cafe Manager

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Café Manager to lead our popular café at RSL LifeCare Retirement Village in Merimbula.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the café
• Lead, coach and support a small café team
• Deliver excellent customer service and presentation standards
• Drive café sales and increase both internal and external patronage
• Manage stock, ordering, costs and food safety compliance
• Coordinate village events and catering opportunities
• Support local marketing and promotional activities
• Create a welcoming and community-focused café environment

• Experience in a café, hospitality or food service environment
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong customer service and people leadership skills
• Knowledge of food safety and HACCP requirements

• 12-month fixed-term maternity leave contract. Dedicated 6-7 weeks of detailed handover
