Responsibilities
- Manage day to day operations of the café
- Train staff on food and beverage preparation and proper use of equipment
- Organise staff schedules, supervise shifts, and ensure smooth service operations
- Monitor and manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales and expenses
- Coordinate with suppliers and ensure the timely availability of stock and ingredients
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Address customer complaints and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Contribute to menu development and introduce seasonal items
- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and reputation
- Ensure café premises and equipment are maintained in top condition
Requirements
- 3–4 years as a Café Manager in the UAE (mandatory)
- Hands on experience with coffee machines and café equipment
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Good understanding of café accounts and cost control
- Must be available to work during café operating hours (including weekends and holidays)
- Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices
- Excellent customer service attitude
