Job Summary
The Café Manager will lead daily café operations and be accountable for sales, customer satisfaction, staff productivity, cost control, food safety, and outlet profitability.
This is a hands-on leadership position requiring operational control, team management, and consistently high service standards.

- The stated location is Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for daily café operations and performance.
- Achieve sales targets and implement revenue growth plans.
- Control food costs, labor costs, wastage, and operating expenses.
- Monitor sales, cash handling, discounts, voids, and closing reports.
- Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate café employees.
- Maintain customer service, food and beverage quality, presentation, and service speed.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, conduct stock checks, and investigate discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and municipality requirements.
- Maintain outlet cleanliness and operational condition.
- Coordinate with operational teams and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
