We are seeking a dynamic and strategic

to lead the development and growth of a curated coffee shop concept.

This role is responsible for building the brand from pre-opening stage through multi-location expansion, ensuring strong positioning, operational excellence, and a consistently elevated customer experience.

The role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with full ownership of brand positioning, customer experience, and market launch success.

You will lead pre-opening market research, competitive benchmarking, and location strategy, while working closely with operations and development teams to ensure a strong and successful launch.

A core part of the role includes shaping a consistent and engaging customer experience and ensuring strong brand identity across all touchpoints.

We are looking for a professional with proven experience in café or coffee brand development, strong understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to build and scale a concept with both discipline and creativity.
