Role Overview
Lead the guest experience and front-of-house operations for the Traiteur concept.
Act as a brand ambassador while demonstrating professionalism, leadership, and passion for hospitality.
Guest Experience and Operations
- Oversee daily operations across the Traiteur Café, dine-in area, sushi bar, and live Arabic bakery.
- Welcome guests, manage seating, maintain guest flow, and provide attentive service throughout the guest journey.
- Recommend menu offerings, signature dishes, beverages, and seasonal promotions.
- Handle feedback, special requests, and service recovery professionally.
- Coordinate with culinary, bakery, sushi, and service teams for consistent delivery.
Team and Commercial Leadership
- Lead, coach, and motivate the front-of-house team and identify training needs.
- Conduct daily briefings covering menus, promotions, and service standards.
- Drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and promotion of signature products and experiences.
- Monitor guest feedback, service trends, and operational performance.
Standards and Reporting
- Maintain compliance with company policies, food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and brand standards.
- Prepare operational reports, monitor KPIs, and recommend initiatives to improve guest satisfaction and business performance.
Marketing and Events
- Collaborate with Marketing and Food & Beverage teams on promotional campaigns, seasonal activations, and special events.
