Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings for interior fitout projects, including floor plans, elevations, and construction details
- Ensure accuracy and adherence to design specifications and industry standards
- Collaborate with the design team to transform conceptual ideas into practical, feasible designs
- Utilize industry standard drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max etc.) to create precise and comprehensive drawings
- Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and goals
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to resolve design discrepancies and ensure seamless project execution
- Carry out all necessary 2D drafting support related to in house designs, layouts, and other miscellaneous layout drawings
- Review Contractor's drawings and ensure compliance with design, specification, relevant codes and standards
- Conduct site surveys of projects to establish and identify actual layouts, prepare 'As built' Drawings
- Provide designer's expertise in the drawings/3D model
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
- Proven experience as a draftsman with a focus on interior fitout projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant drafting software
- Strong understanding of interior design principles and construction techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Detail oriented with a commitment to delivering high quality work
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards

About the Role
- This is a full time, on site role located in Dubai for a CAD Fit out draftsman.
- The CAD Fit out Draftsman will be responsible for creating technical drawings, plans, and elevations using AutoCAD. Ability to use Revit is a plus.
- The CAD Fit out draftsman could also be responsible for communicating with various stakeholders, including the project manager and the contractor.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings for interior fitout projects, including floor plans, elevations, and construction details.

- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in interior fitout drafting and design.
- Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and goals.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to resolve design discrepancies and ensure seamless project execution.
- Carry out all necessary 2D drafting support related to in house designs, layouts, and other miscellaneous layout drawings.
- Apply knowledge of CAD techniques as required in addition to the ability to produce detailed design drawings without guidance.
